Phase 1 Land Contamination Report in West Park, Redruth
Ground Consultants Limited recently completed a Phase 1 Desk Study in West Park, Redruth.
Our team of highly experienced ground engineers identified risks from high naturally occurring arsenic, as well as historic mining. Relative predicted bioavailability data, as well as the proposed landscaping plan were used to negate the risk from arsenic, saving the client both time and money.
Our report was submitted to Cornwall Council as part of the planning application, and on 15th March 2022 Environmental Protection concluded that they agree with our findings. Another job well done by the team!
