Phase 1 Desk Study Helston
Ground Consultants Limited recently completed a Phase 1 Desk Study for a local developer in Tresowes Green, Helston.
The proposed development involves the demolition of an existing stable block, and construction of a residential dwelling.
Ground Consultants Limited were commissioned to provide a Phase 1 Desk Study to support the planning application.
It was determined that due to very high levels of predicted naturally occurring arsenic, as well as historic mining, that a Phase 2 Investigation would be necessary.
