Phase 2 Ground Investigation Ilfracombe
Ground Consultants Limited recently completed a Phase 2 Ground Investigation for a proposed residential development in Ilfracombe town centre.
The comprehensive ground investigation involved the sinking of a number of trial pits in areas of proposed soft landscaping, followed by chemical laboratory testing.
Following detailed reporting by Ground Consultants Limited, a Phase 3 remediation scheme will now be required prior to development.
