Phase 2 Investigation Truro – Bioaccessibility Success Story!

Ground Consultants Limited recently completed a Phase 2 investigation off St. Clements Hill in Truro

The investigation was commissioned following a Phase 1 desk study completed by Ground Consultants Limited in April 2022. The intrusive investigation was undertaken in full compliance with NHBC Chapter 4.1, and constituted a “Basic Investigation.”

Our expert team of geoenvironmental engineers were able to employ bioaccessibility testing in order to reduce the risk of elevated arsenic recorded on site, saving the client money and reducing the carbon footprint associated with off-site disposal.
